A Sneaky Peek of Paint!

Sorry these pictures are so lame,
the computer is so sluggish this morning!

Tiling starts today
and hopefully I'll be able to share
more later!

Lots of happy dancing going on here!
Stay tuned...

  1. How exciting seeing paint go on. Looks great. Love the colors. I told my husband I was going to get some bids on painting our great room which also means the foyer and starwell and upstairs since it all runs together. We have always painted it ourselves and he still won't pay someone to do it. He said go get the paint and I will start tonight. Not what I wanted. I want someone else to do it. It takes us too long and I hate the mess. I guess if I want it painted I will have to do it. Bummer.

  2. I love your paint choices...what you have shared so far...beautiful!! I love the arches too! I'll just enjoy watching your house become beautiful. We live in military housing and we had to sign a contract promising we would not paint. I have been challenged by this. I love to paint evertime we move. It makes a house a home. And oh, I hope that guy on the scaffolding didn't sneeze or cough...he was on a scary edge there. ;-)

    Sincerely,
    Beth

  4. Your paint colors are great, they really transform the walls. I just love to paint....it's so satisfying to look at everything you've done at the end of the day....and do a happy dance, if you have enough energy left!

  5. Hi there,
That is a beautiful room, love the arches and the high ceilings. The colors you chose are really nice, restful but fun, too!
Isn't it great when the finishing touches start getting installed and completed. I love that part of a remodel, or in your case a newly built house, Wonderful progress, it won't be long now!!
Stop by for a visit sometime!

"Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense." Ralph Waldo Emerson
